Meet Deb

Deb Huber, a Kansas native, works mainly in acrylic and oil. Deb works as an interior designer and found her passion for the paintbrush later in life after spending a summer exploring the French countryside with her daughter.

 

A self-taught artist, Deb has an innate appreciation for color and its ability to enhance and motivate space. Vibrant landscapes, wildlife, and livestock are central themes in Deb’s work. Her pieces are energetic yet calming and reflect her creative and playful spirit. She incorporates layers in mixed media and meshes traditional techniques with unconventional applications such as fingerpainting to create depth and richness in her paintings. 

 

Deb’s art is created for others to enjoy and many of her works have been acquired by Centura hospital, bringing comfort to those in the hospital's care. Her works have also been generously donated to various charities  While inspiration from her own life experience sparks her creative process, she also enjoys creating custom and commissioned pieces to help you complete your own personal space.
